How to delete your LittleBids account and personal data.

To delete your account and data, email [email protected] from your registered address, or use "Delete account" in your settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Your right to deletion

You can ask us to delete your LittleBids account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies whether you registered with an email address or signed in with Google or Facebook.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in either of the following ways:

  • Email: send a message from your registered email address to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Facebook or Google, please mention which provider you used so we can locate your account.
  • In-app: open your account settings on littlebids.ae and choose "Delete account", then confirm the request.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymise:

  • Your account and login details, including any linked Google or Facebook identifiers.
  • Your profile information and any child profiles you created.
  • Your listings, uploaded images, saved preferences, and notification settings.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires us to, or where we have a legitimate need — for example, transaction, payment, and tax records, or information needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary and are not used to re-create your profile.

Timeline

We aim to verify and complete deletion requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your account has been deleted. If a request needs more time, we will let you know.

Removing access for Facebook / Google sign-in

Deleting your LittleBids account also removes the connection to your Google or Facebook account on our side. You can additionally revoke our access from your provider at any time:

  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove "LittleBids".
  • Google: Google Account → Security → Third-party access → remove "LittleBids".
  • Revoking access this way stops future sign-in but does not by itself delete data already stored with us — please also submit a deletion request above.
